Our Two Story House Extension prices start at £450 inc. VAT, for a simple two storey home extension which ONLY needs Planning Approval. If your home extension requires ONLY Building Regulations Approval the prices start at £1000 inc. VAT. If your home extension requires both Planning AND Building Regulations Approvals the prices start at £1295 inc. VAT.
Loft Conversion
Our prices start at £399 inc. VAT, for a simple loft conversion which ONLY needs Planning Approval. If your proposed Loft Conversion requires ONLY Building Regulations Approval the prices start at £795 inc. VAT. If your Loft Conversion requires both Planning AND Building Regulations Approvals the prices start at £1000.00 inc. VAT.
